Randy and Regina purchased the farm from Regina's Mom and needed to make changes to accomodate their life style.
The kitchen was dark and not very functional so we gutted it out and opened it up into one room. We had to do extensive work on the sagging floors, cutting out much of the old system and replacing it.
The end result is a beautiful, light, open kitchen and dining area. We trimmed it out in the same style as the existing trim to keep the traditional look. We also added a first floor laundry and bathroom, a second floor bath, and new windows.
