Mike and Maureen envisioned a room addition that would help them enjoy the awesome views from their hilltop home. They also really needed some garage space attached to the house.
We came up with a plan to extend the current enclosed porch and have garage space below.
The large windows help flood the room with natural light. The stamped concrete deck looks spectacular. The Trex railing system is clean looking and easy to care for.
The entire house was re-sided with cement board siding and smartside composite trim. Both products are factory finished for years of maintence free care.
